ntfyme Extension Terms of Use

Introduction

ntfyme is a browser extension designed to provide safe and private access to the ntfy.sh server. However, ntfyme is not directly associated with ntfy.sh, and claims no responsibility for any issues or problems that may arise from using ntfy.sh services.

By using this extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which outline the permitted and prohibited uses of our ntfyme Extension.

Use of ntfyme Extension

You agree to use the ntfyme Extension for its intended purpose only. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the extension does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We may collect request logs (for Pro Subscription users) to identify and prevent abuse/misuse. This includes but is not limited to workarounds, hacks, unauthorized access, data breaches, spam, or any activities with malicious intent.

By using the ntfyme Extension, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ntfyme and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the extension or any third-party claim that arises out of your use of the extension.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of the code or content without prior written consent from ntfyme.

Termination and Remedies

Any violations of these Terms of Use can result in:

• Termination of access to the free or Pro versions of the ntfyme Extension
• Pursuit of legal action against you as we see fit, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief, damages, and other remedies.

If you believe that someone has violated these Terms of Use, please contact support at ntfymeextension@gmail.com with details of the alleged violation. We will investigate and take necessary action to address the issue.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
